ASKtoAI Memory Plus has the same features of Memory but much more powerfull, it allows the AI to read your documents completely, this way you can be sure that the AI better understands large documents, it is especially useful when exceeding 10,000 characters of ("Memory" limit) and for operations for which it is essential to process the entire document (for example summaries, schematizations, extrapolation of scattered data).

What are Credits & Tokens?

ASKtoAI uses a credit system to manage usage of its AI services. Credits are consumed when you use various features of the platform, such as generating content, using tools, or processing documents through Memory. The number of credits used depends on the specific task and the AI model employed.

Uploading Files into Memory


The first step in using ASKtoAI Memory is to upload your documents to the appropriate section on the site. These can be of different text formats (such as pdf, txt, csv) or images that will be processed by OCR. In addition, you can organise your documents into folders for more efficient information management.

Enabling Memory and Memory Plus

After uploading your documents, you can enable Memory to start using its functions. Here's how:

Check the Memory Plus Button to activate Memory Plus:

Selecting Folders, Tags and Documents:

You can select specific folders, tags or documents to filter your search and content generation. Selection can be manual or you can let the AI automatically select the most suitable documents:

  • Selected folders: You can select manual ('Select') or set to automatic ('Auto').
  • Selected tags: Also for tags you can select manually or set to automatic.
  • Selected documents: Select specific documents or let the AI choose for you.

Using Memory or Memory Plus in Chat or Tool

When you are in a chat session with ASKtoAI or using one of the tools, you can activate the Memory functions to enhance your experience:

  1. Start a chat conversation or log in to one of the tools you intend to use.
  2. Activate Memory from the control panel, if it is not already active.
    1. Activate Memory Plus by checking the Memory Plus Button
  3. Define search filters (if needed) by selecting specific folders, tags and documents.
  4. Enter your content generation request: this can be a specific chat question or the use of a tool to create text, summaries, analysis and more.
  5. The ASKtoAI AI will search the active folders and use the selected tags and documents to provide a relevant answer or generate the desired content.

For example, if you need to generate a summary for a report uploaded to Memory, simply activate Memory in a summary tool, and the AI will extract the relevant information to create an accurate and concise summary.
